The vocal play-shop will be a 3.5 hour session of fun vocal exploration. Learn some simple vocal toning exercises, overtone singing,chanting and gain some tools,using your voice for your own practice and self healing. Toning has a nuero-chemical effect on the body, boosting the immune system and causing the release of endorphins.It also helps reduce stress and repressed emotions.Regular toning can help re-energise the body and restore health to the mind, body and spirit.
